Well, as you guessed, I didn't wake up before work to do my cardio. Am I mad at myself? No. I have to be honest with myself. I believe that as long as the work gets done then why does it matter when you do it? It doesn't. So don't kick yourself if you press the snooze button too many times or completely sleep through your alarm, just make up for it later.
Now tomorrow is a different story... I have to get up early and do cardio or do it during my lunch break. I work from 8-4:30 and have lessons from 6-9. Joyous! But it will get done.
Food:
Breakfast: thin sandwich rounds with minimum peanut butter and bananas on top
Lunch: Tuna with mustard and pickles
Mid afternoon snack: almonds
Dinner/post-workout: Protein shake
Snack: cucumbers with italian/ranch dressing.
Workout: (arms/cardio)
Bicep curls: 15lbs 3 sets of 12
Overhead triceps: 15lbs 3 sets of 12
Shoulder raises arms at 90 degrees: 10lbs 3 sets of 8
Straight arm lift to the side: 10lbs 3 sets of 4
Thumb up 45 degree arm lift: 10lbs 3 sets of 4
Bent over rows: 10lbs 3 sets of 15
Rockers each side: 30 lbs 3 sets of 20
Bench Press alternating grip: 17.5lbs 3 sets of 20
Cardio:
30 minutes on treadmill. 2.5 miles
Abs:
Twist on exercise ball: 3 sets of 40
Crunches on exercise ball: 3 sets of 20
I also decided today that I am going to participate in the Mud Crusader on June 1st. Super pumped and obviously couldn't do it without my amazing support system and my other half. I love you bug, thank you for always pushing me and supporting me even when I get off on my crazy rants about workouts!
